Galaxy International Tours – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Galaxy International Tours, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that unexpected changes can arise. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be clear and fair, while also taking into account our obligations to hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We request all travelers to carefully read this policy before initiating any cancellations.

Non-Refundable Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings labeled as “Non-Refundable” on the confirmation voucher are strictly non-refundable. No refund or modification will be permitted for these bookings, and any payment made will be forfeited in full.

General Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will incur 75% cancellation charges, as most bookings are prepaid and governed by third-party terms. Final deductions depend on supplier policies at the time of cancellation.
  • Cancellations within 0–30 days of the travel date will result in 100% cancellation charges, excluding any applicable airline cancellation fees.

Airline Cancellation Fees

If the tour package includes flights:

  • Airline cancellation is governed by individual airline fare rules.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed as per the airline’s policy.
  • Galaxy International Tours is not responsible for delays in refund from the airline end.

Visa & Travel Insurance Cancellation

  • Visa fees are non-refundable, whether the visa is approved or rejected.
  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing embassy. Galaxy International Tours holds no responsibility for visa rejections.
  • Travel insurance premiums are also non-refundable, once issued.

Cancellation of Activities & Entry Tickets

  • Any tickets for attractions, events, amusement parks, sightseeing tours, or special activities once booked, are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
  • These tickets are non-transferable and final at the time of booking.

Refund Processing Time

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 25 to 40 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment after deducting:
    • Cancellation charges
    • Service fees
    • Supplier penalties
    • Applicable transaction fees

Tour Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Rescheduling requests made within 20 days of departure will incur additional charges based on prevailing rates at the time of change.
  • Rescheduling is subject to:
    • Availability of flights and accommodation
    • Fare difference, which must be borne by the traveler.
