1. Agreement & Confirmation

By confirming a tour with Galaxy International Tours, a contract is established between you (the client) and our company. This contract remains confidential and secure. Our management reserves the exclusive right to interpret, modify, or waive any of the stated terms.

Verbal commitments or promotional offers are not valid unless explicitly confirmed via official written communication from Galaxy International Tours.

2. Booking Process

To initiate your travel plans, a non-refundable initial deposit is required. In certain cases—such as peak-season bookings, international tours, or group departures—a higher deposit or full payment may be requested upfront.

3. Payment Terms

Final payment is typically due within 7 days of the initial deposit, or as communicated during booking confirmation. For time-sensitive tours, earlier full payment may be necessary.

Failure to complete payment on time may lead to automatic cancellation without notice.

4. Amendments & Modifications

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates, destinations, or services), you must request this in writing or visit our office in person with your booking reference.

Changes are permitted only once and are subject to availability, provider policies, and a possible amendment fee. Frequent or major changes may not be entertained.

5. Customer Feedback & Complaints

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you face any inconvenience or have feedback, please email info@galaxyinternationaltours.com with your name, booking ID, and issue details.

Our resolution team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and strive to resolve it promptly.

6. Liability & Responsibility

Galaxy International Tours acts only as a coordinator between you and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.

We ensure diligent selection and coordination of partners, but we cannot be held liable for:

  • Acts of negligence by third parties
  • Delays, accidents, or cancellations
  • Losses caused due to political unrest, weather conditions, or health emergencies

Travelers are encouraged to follow local laws and maintain responsible behaviour during the trip.

7. Information Accuracy

Details provided on our website, brochures, social media, or tour itineraries are prepared in good faith. However, service availability, pricing, and schedules may change without notice due to operational reasons or third-party decisions.

We advise you to verify details at the time of booking and ask our team for clarifications when needed.

8. Conduct & Safety Rules

We promote safe and responsible travel. Therefore:

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or drug use in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • Travelers are expected to follow group guidelines and cooperate with tour managers.
  • Any behaviour that disturbs the group or violates laws may lead to removal from the tour without refund.
