    At Galaxy International Tours , we value your trust. When you make a booking with us, it signifies your agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all tour and travel arrangements made through us and outline our mutual rights, responsibilities, and expectations.

Please read these terms carefully and refer to our website for the most updated policies.

1. Agreement & Confirmation

By confirming a tour with Galaxy International Tours, a contract is established between you (the client) and our company. This contract remains confidential and secure. Our management reserves the exclusive right to interpret, modify, or waive any of the stated terms.

Verbal commitments or promotional offers are not valid unless explicitly confirmed via official written communication from Galaxy International Tours.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum  10% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. 
  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the package policy. 
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuation, or supplier updates.

Failure to complete payment on time may lead to automatic cancellation without notice.

3.Cancellation Policy 

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the booking date and travel date.
  •  Flight tickets and visa fees are non-refundable once issued. 
  • Hotel and land package cancellation depends on supplier policy.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  •  Any bank charges or service fees will be deducted. 
  • No refund for unused services during the trip.

5. Passport & Visa

  • Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from travel date. 
  • Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy. 
  • The agency is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

6. Travel Insuarance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.
  •  The company is not responsible for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss during travel.

7. Itinerary Changes

  • The company reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather, political conditions, or operational reasons. 
  • Any additional cost arising from such changes will be borne by the customer. 
  • The administration has full authority to add or remove one or two tourist attractions due to unavoidable circumstances and time constraints

8. Hotel & Transportation

  • Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided if unavailable. 
  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply. 
  • Transportation will be provided as per itinerary only.

9. Responsibilities & Liability

  • The company acts only as a service facilitator.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party providers. 
  • Customers are responsible for their belongings.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Customers must follow local laws and regulations. 
  • Misconduct or illegal activities will lead to termination of services without refund.

11.Force Majeure

  • The company is not liable for failure to perform due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances.

12.Special Requests

  • Any special requests (meal, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

13.Acceptance of Terms

  • By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions
